What to expect
Please bring your insurance card if you would like for us to file with your insurance.
Please bring a list of all your current medications and allergies. Nail polish should be removed prior to appointments for full evaluation of nails. Bring the shoes that your wear commonly as well as any previous orthotics (arch supports).
